The LF amplifier has a LF tone control, which reduces the current consumption and improves the quality of speech programs. The level of nonlinear distortion is reduced due to negative feedback circuits covering individual stages of the bass amplifier. The circuit for supplying the AGC voltage to the first stage of the IF amplifier has been modified. Automatic frequency control has been introduced into the VHF unit. Control over tuning to the station is carried out by a pointer indicator. The speaker system of the receiver consists of a 1GD-4A loudspeaker mounted on the front panel of the case. The Spidola-207 receiver is powered by 6 elements of type 373. The dimensions of the receiver are 310x200x95 mm, the weight is 3.8 kg. Together with the 207 model, to expand the range, the plant produced the Spidola-208 radio receiver, which differed only in the absence of an indicator and inscriptions on the case.
