In 1961, the release of the improved Volkhov-A TV began, which, with the exception of minor circuit design improvements, was otherwise similar, including the design, to the base model. The Volkhov-B TV, produced since 1964, is distinguished by the use of a new PTK-4, the setting and frequency response of the UPCHI unit, as well as a low-voltage rectifier circuit. The lamp in the ULF was also replaced and the beam current limiting chain was removed. Lamp L7 6N3P, replaced by 6F1P. Parts denominations have been changed. In the design, the fastening and position of the PTC, the output sound transformer, and the strip with mains fuses have been changed. The design of the TV has changed a bit. Since mid-1964, the plant has been producing the Volkhov-M TV. The TV was produced in parallel with the Volkhov-B model until 1967. Changes were made to the scheme, design and partly design. The price depended on the finish of the case and was 118 and 132 rubles. In 1966, the plant began producing the Volkhov-2 TV set, and in 1968, in parallel with the Volkhov-2M, they differed in picture tubes, in the first model it was 35LK2B, in the second 35LK6B. Accordingly, there have been minor adjustments to the circuitry of both TV models.
