Subscriber loudspeaker "Lilliput".

Subscriber loudspeakers.DomesticThe subscriber loudspeaker "Liliput" has been produced since 1925. This loudspeaker is intended for individual use. A metal horn, consisting of a lower massive part and a lighter upper part, is located on the base, inside which the magnetic system is placed. The curved shape of the wide-mouth horn achieves the best acoustic performance. At the bottom, at the base, there is a disk with a handle extending from the side, which serves to adjust the phone, which consists in selecting the highest volume for the corresponding purity of the radio transmission, by changing the distance between the membrane and the poles of the phone. A telephone with a winding resistance of 4.000 ohms is a two-coil, somewhat larger than a conventional headset; the diaphragm diameter is 75 mm. For connection to a radio receiver, amplifier or transmission line through a transition transformer or a damping resistance, two clamps are used. The overall height of the loudspeaker is 30 cm.
