Black and white televisionsDomesticThe television receiver of the black-and-white image "Chaika-4" since 1969 has been producing the Gorky TVZ im. Lenin. Since the beginning of 1969, the Gorky Television Plant named after V.I. Lenin and the October Revolution has continued the production of unified second-class TV sets, this time the Chaika-4 model (ULPT-47-II-3 type). The TV, like the previous one, is assembled on a kinescope of type 47LK2B, has a similar design, but differs in the electrical circuit. The TV has technical parameters standard for unified TVs. Together with this model, the plant also produced the Chaika-5 TV (ULPT-59-II-3) with a screen size of 59 cm diagonally and a similar design. The Chaika-4 and Chaika-5 TVs were produced in several design options for the front panel of the picture tube framing and the finish of the case. TVs were produced in desktop and floor versions. Since October 1970, the retail price of the Chaika-4 TV has been reduced from 336 to 276 rubles.
