Car radio and electrical equipment.Car radio and electrical equipmentSince the 1st quarter of 1962, the short-wave set-top box "KVP-4A" has been produced by the Leninakan plant of resistors "Omega". The set-top box is a frequency converter of HF broadcasting ranges into MW frequencies. It is designed to be installed in a GAZ-24 car and works in conjunction with its radio receiver by connecting the output cable of the attachment to the antenna input of the radio receiver and the on-board antenna to the antenna input of the attachment. The sensitivity of the HF set-top box in the HF ranges is not less than 50 μV, and the selectivity depends on the used radio receiver. The attachment is powered by the vehicle's on-board network.
