The TV is made on lamps and semiconductors in a tabletop design with various finishes for the case and front panel. It provides reception of color and b / w images in any of the 12 MV channels, and the Raduga-701D model also in any UHF channel. The TV is made on a picture tube 59LKZTS. The speaker system consists of one 4GD-7 loudspeaker and two 1GD-36 loudspeakers. The nominal output power of the sound channel is 2 W. The range of reproducible frequencies is 100 ... 10000 Hz. The sensitivity is 150 µV in the MV range and 200 µV in the UHF range. Control knobs are located on the front panel on the right. The scheme includes systems: AGC; APCHG; AFC and F; auto-maintaining the size of the image in case of fluctuations in the power supply; auto-demagnetization of the screen and the picture tube mask when turned on.
