Instruments for adjusting and controlling the PTA.Voltmeter-probe "Master-5" has been produced since 1993 in Belarus. A digital measuring device with the functions necessary to troubleshoot electronic equipment. The device provides automatic selection of measuring ranges for AC and DC voltages, resistance and sound signaling for continuity. There is a 3.5-digit LCD indicator and a built-in polarity indicator of the measured voltage.
