Temp black-and-white television receiver.

Black and white televisionsDomesticThe Temp black-and-white television receiver has been produced since the 1st quarter of 1954 at plant No. 528 (this is the Moscow Radio Plant). The Temp television receiver, its other name Temp-1, is designed to receive only one program operating in one of five channels. The channel was tuned at the radio factory, and the TV form indicated which channel the TV was tuned to. The TV was rebuilt on another channel by replacing special circuits. The TV set is assembled in a polished wooden box with dimensions of 520x570x470 mm. Its weight is 38 kg. The TV is powered by an electrical network with a voltage of 110, 127 or 220 V. The main knobs for tuning are displayed on the front panel. There are additional knobs at the back: local oscillator adjustment, treble tone, frame rate and line frequency, vertical and horizontal image size knobs. On the back of the chassis, the mains voltage switch, fuse and antenna sockets are also installed. The TV can work with both indoor and outdoor antennas. The symmetrical antenna is connected to one of the antenna sockets, depending on the distance to the television studio, using the antenna block. An antenna with an unbalanced cable (PK-1 or PK-3) is switched on directly, and at a close distance from the studio through a signal divider. The TV uses a round kinescope 40LK1B, with an image size of 240x320 mm, 21 lamps, 3 diodes. The sensitivity of the TV is 1000 µV. Power consumption is 240 W. During the release, and this is from 01/10/1954 to 10/01/1955, there were three upgrades of the Temp TV circuit, and 13.722 TVs of all three upgrades were produced.
