Radiola network lamp "Topaz".

Network tube radiosDomesticRadiola "Topaz" in 1958 was developed by the Riga State Electrotechnical Plant VEF. Radiola has a two-channel sound power amplifier (separately for LF and HF), which is loaded with acoustics, consisting of seven speakers located in three directions. Along the front there are two low-frequency loudspeakers 5GD-10, a mid-frequency loudspeaker 3GD-7 and two high-frequency loudspeakers VGD-1. On the sides of each acoustic compartment there is one more IOP-1. The top-class radio is built on 15 tubes, the receiver has auto-tuning. The control keys are located in two rows, closer to the scale: range switching keys, power on / off, player turning on. Farther from the scale are the tone register keys and auto-tuning control keys. Radiola consists of separate units and is equipped with a remote control. Under the chassis of the radio, there is a built-in cabinet for storing gramophone records. The radio has a built-in magnetic antenna and a VHF dipole. Frequency ranges: DV 150 ... 415 kHz, SV 520 ... 1600 kHz, KV1 - 11.49 ... 12.14 MHz, KV2 - 9.36 ... 9.87 MHz, KV3 - 6.94 ... 7.35 MHz, KV4 - 5.89 ... 6.3 MHz, VHF European - 87.5 ... 100 MHz. The nominal output power of the LF channel is 4 W, the HF channel is 3 W. The band of reproducible sound frequencies in the DV, SV, KV ranges from 40 to 6500 Hz, in the VHF range from 40 to 15000 Hz, in the recording mode 50 ... 10000 Hz. Power consumption 130 (140) W. The weight of the radio is 80 kg.
