Black and white televisionsDomesticThe unified TV of the 3rd class "Dawn-308" has been produced since 1974 by the Krasnoyarsk TV Plant. It uses a 35LK6B kinescope with a diagonal screen size of 35 cm and an electron beam deflection angle of 70 °. The TV set provided the reception of black-and-white television broadcasts on any of the 12 channels in the reception area of the television center or relay station. The development of the Rassvet-308 TV was a forced measure due to circumstances beyond the control of the plant. If you look closely at the chronology of the TV sets manufacturing dates and compare them with the model numbering, you can clearly see a discrepancy in the dates of the beginning of production: the Rassvet-308 TV is wedged between Rassvet-306 and Rassvet-307. Moreover, the TV sets "Rassvet-306" and "Rassvet-307" are made on kinescopes 40LK1B and 40LK6B, respectively, and the TV set "Rassvet-308" uses a kinescope 35LK6B. Why such a regression? The fact is that in 1974 the plant started production of the Rassvet-306 TV set with the first used 40LK1B kinescope, besides, design work on the next Rassvet-307 model with a new kinescope of the same diagonal size was in full swing. During the production of the Rassvet-306 TV, the plant faced a disruption in the supply of the 40LK1B kinescope by the Ekran Novosibirsk plant. There is a threat of disruption of the state plan for the supply of TV sets by the Krasnoyarsk TV plant itself. It was then that the symbiosis of the Rassvet-306 TV and the 35LK6B kinescope was born, which was embodied in the Rassvet-308 model. The TV "Rassvet-308" was produced for a short time, until the stabilization of the situation with the supply of 40LK1B kinescopes by the Novosibirsk plant "Ekran".
