Black and white televisionsDomesticThe television receiver of the black-and-white image "Electronics VL-100" has been produced by the Leningrad plant "Mezon" and the Khmelnitsky plant "Kation" since the 4th quarter of 1969. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of V.I. Lenin, the team of one of the Moscow research institutes and the workers of the Mezon plant in Leningrad since September 1969 have mastered the production of a new portable TV set "Electronics VL-100". "VL-100" stands for Vladimir Lenin 100 years old. The TV set is designed to receive 12 standard television channels (without a UHF unit) on a retractable telescopic antenna. The picture tube has a screen with a diagonal size of 16 cm and an electron beam deflection of 70 °. Power supply from the mains or from a 12 V DC source. The AC consists of two loudspeakers 0,1GD-6. The body is made of painted iron sheet with a carrying handle. The TV has sockets for an external antenna, headphones, and a tape recorder. The main control knobs are placed on the right wall and the rest on the left. Image size 100x125 mm. Clarity 450 lines. Selectivity on adjacent channels 26 dB. The nominal output power of the sound channel is 150, the maximum is 250 mW. The range of reproducible frequencies is 250 ... 5000 Hz. Power consumption from the battery 5 W, from the network 10 W. Dimensions of the TV 145x170x200 mm. Weight without PSU 2.8 kg. TVs operating in the MV and UHF bands were also produced. The TV "Electronics VL-100" at the beginning of 1970 was modernized, therefore it had 2 variants of the electrical circuit and the usual design.
