Radiola network lamp "ECHS-RG".

Network tube radiosDomesticSince the fall of 1931, the Moscow Electrotechnical Plant "Moselektrik" has produced a vacuum tube radio receiver with a phonograph record player "ECHS-RG" since the fall of 1931 in a small experimental series. The ECHS-RG model is essentially a radio tape recorder, but in those years it was called an electroradiogramophone and was created on the basis of the ECHS-2 radio receiver. The radiola was supplemented with an electric turntable with an automatic change of records with an electromagnetic adapter and could play either one gramophone record from both sides, automatically turning it over after the end of the treadmill on the playing side, or five records in a row, turning each one over and then at the end of the second side, removing it and moving it to a special wooden tray that could be fixed on the front of the radio. The radio speaker system consisted of an external broadband loudspeaker, mounted in a special case. With the automatic changing and turning over of the records, several experimental radios were released, then, due to the complexity and unreliability of the device, conventional EPUs were used. At the same time, the loudspeaker was already mounted in the radio housing. In all the photos and drawings, just such a modernized (simplified) radio tape recorder.
