The tape recorder is created on the basis of the Jupiter-201-stereo tape recorder with the corresponding addition of boards, indicators, regulators and commutation (as if 2 in 1) and corresponds to it in all respects. The tape recorder was planned to be produced as part of the Jupiter-Quadro radio complex, which also consisted of the Jupiter-Quadro amplifier and four acoustic systems. Since 1975, only the Jupiter-Quadro amplifier with four speaker systems has been put into production at the Lviv Lenin Production Association.
