Zorka black-and-white television receiver.

Black and white televisionsDomesticThe television receiver of the black-and-white image "Zorka" has been producing the Minsk Radio Plant since 1965. The unified tabletop TV of the 2nd class "Zorka" replaced the TV "Neman-3" produced by the plant since 1959. The Zorka TV (analogous to the Lotos TV set by the Simferopol TV Plant) has a number of significant advantages over the previous model. "Zorka" is a desktop TV (CNT-47) with a tube screen size of 47 cm diagonally. The new model uses a new explosion-proof kinescope 47LK-2B with a beam deflection angle of 110 degrees. The image on its screen is bright and contrasting. The TV "Zorka" uses APCG, a number of other automatic settings and innovations. At the beginning of 1967, the plant improved the TV set and began producing it under the name Zorka-1 (UNT-47-1). In the spring of 1969, the plant mastered the production of the Zorka-2 TV (ULPPT-47-1). The advantages of the Zorka-2 TV over its predecessors are obvious. The model uses transistors. Instead of lamps, GT313 transistors are installed in the UHF. An MP40 transistor is used in the LF preamplifier. In the frame scanning unit, a thyratron lamp with a cold cathode is used. Frame rate adjustment is now automatic. The reliability of the TV has increased, power consumption has decreased, and the acoustic reproduction of sound has improved. In the spring of 1970, the plant is preparing to release a new model, a TV with the name "Zorka-3" on a large picture tube of the 59LK-1B type, but everything was limited to the release of only an experimental batch and the TV "Zorka-2-1" went into series, however, it did not differ from the model "Dawn-2". The plant began producing a large-screen TV, almost a complete analogue of the Zorka-3 model, since the end of 1970 under the name Zorka-201.
