Electronic installation "Color music".

Color music devicesColor music devicesThe electronic installation "Tsvetomuzyka" was developed in 1962 by the Institute of Automation and Telemechanics of the USSR Academy of Sciences. The installation is designed for light and color accompaniment of music programs. Depending on the volume of the music, the brightness of the device is increased or decreased, and four frequency channels (red, green, yellow and blue) allow the lamps to glow in their own range of sound frequencies, conveying the character of music with colors. The combination of 4 colors and the inertia of the used incandescent lamps create a range of complementary colors, enhancing the perception of musical compositions.
