Instruments for adjusting and controlling the PTA.The grounding meter "MS-08" has been produced since 1957 by the Moscow plant "Energopribor". At one time "MS-08" was the main device for measuring the resistance of grounding devices. The device has its own power source in the form of a generator rotated by a handle. The presence of stray currents in the ground does not greatly distort the readings. The dielectric strength of the insulation is checked with a grounding meter "MS-08" at the limit of the 1000 Ohm scale. The device has a ratiometric measurement method. The device has three measurement limits: 1000, 100 and 10 ohms and a special device that allows you to compensate for the resistance of the probe circuit if the resistance of the circuit is less than 1000 ohms.
