The first is used when recording music, and the second was specially introduced by order of the All-Union Society of the Blind for listening to phonograms of the `` Talking Book '' type and recording speech. The LPM of the tape recorder differs from the LPM of devices previously produced by the plant. At the same time, the new tape recorder retains some components that have proven themselves in previous models. LPM of the device is powered by an electric motor KD-3.5 serving two kinematic chains. The universal amplifier of the tape recorder is made on the basis of the amplifier of the tape recorder "Aidas-9M" (2nd version), and the changes concerned the introduction of a lower speed and a HF tone control. Duration of sounding when working with coils No. 18, containing 360 m of magnetic tape of type 6 at a speed of 9.53 cm / sec - 2x60 min, at a speed of 2.38 cm / sec - 2x240 min.
