The back of the device is closed with a duralumin cover with ventilation holes. The phone jacks can also be used to record sound on a tape recorder. The TV set "Quartz-306-1" (ULPT-40-III-I), produced since 1986, does not differ from the TV set "Quartz-306" in design, design and electrical circuit, but has fallen in price. Since 1977, the "Quartz-306" TV, as well as "Quartz-306-1" later, has been produced designed for power supply from the mains only 220 V.
