The ELS-2 receiver is assembled on 6Zh6S, 6A7, 6K3, 6G7, 6P3S, 6E5S, 5Ts4S lamps. Inside the case there are two perpendicular wire frames, which are the internal antenna of the LW and MW ranges. The handle for changing the receiving direction is located on the right side wall of the case. Ranges: DV 150 ... 410 kHz (2000 ... 732 m). CB 520 ... 1500 kHz (577 ... 200 m). KV-1 - 8.55 ... 18.3 MHz (35 ... 16.4 m). KV-2 - 4.25 ... 8 MHz (70.5 ... 37.5 m). IF - 460 kHz. The sensitivity to an outdoor antenna on DV, SV is about 100 µV, on the HF subbands about 200 µV. When receiving radio stations on the frame, the sensitivity on LW, SV sharply decreases to 0.5 mV / m. Pickup sensitivity - 0.6 V. Adjacent channel selectivity 26 dB. At LW, the selectivity is 32 dB. Selectivity on the mirror channel is more than 34 dB at LW, more than 28 dB at MW and 14 dB at HF. AGC provides a voltage change at the output by 6 dB with a change at the input by 60 dB. Average output power 3.5 watts. The range of reproducible sound frequencies is 150 ... 4000 Hz. Power consumption from the electrical network is 70 watts.
