Radio receiver and radiola network tube "Donets".

Network tube radiosDomesticThe radio receiver and radio "Donets" from 1954 and 1955 were produced at the Berdsk and Kharkov radio factories. The Donets receiver was developed and produced at the Berdsk Radio Plant in 1954. Since 1955, in order to expand the geography of promising devices produced, its production was started in Kharkov, at the Kommunar plant. The Berdsk receiver had numerous shortcomings, and a specialist from Octapenko BB was invited to refine it, who eliminated the flaws and ensured the serial production of the receiver. In 1955, the Donets radio was also developed, which, in addition to the universal EPU, changes in the case and switching did not differ from the receiver. The radio receiver is a class 2 seven-tube apparatus, and the radio is supplemented with a universal EPU for playing regular and LP records. Frequency ranges: DV, SV standard, KV1 8.5 ... 12.1 MHz, KV2 3.92 ... 7.5 MHz, VHF 64.5 ... 73 MHz. The sensitivity of the receiver is 200 µV in the AM bands, on the VHF 20 µV. Selectivity 30 dB, VHF 20 dB. Output power on two loudspeakers of type 1GD-5 (2GD-3) is not less than 2 W. The range of reproducible sound frequencies is 100 ... 4000 Hz on all bands, on VHF and when listening to recordings 100 ... 7000 Hz, (if 2GD-3 loudspeakers are installed, then 80 ... 8000 Hz). Power consumption - 50/65 W. The dimensions of the receiver are 510x354x295mm, its weight is 11.5 kg. The dimensions of the radio are 520x340x368 mm, weight is 18 kg. The cost of the radio is 87 rubles 95 kopecks, the radio is 104 rubles 20 kopecks (for 1961).
