Portable radio receivers and radios on p / p.DomesticThe MERLIN portable radio has been produced since 1993. A small workshop of a Russian-British joint venture in the city of Kremenki, Kaluga region produced MERLIN radios on the basis of the Okenan RP-225 (Veras RP-225) radio receiver. Their difference from the base models is FM band instead of VHF and European HF sub-bands. All assembled radios were sent first to England and then sold to third countries as English. MERLIN radios were not sold in Russia, but many of the company's employees were able to purchase them.
