The radio designer consisted of an already assembled and configured printed circuit board of a radio receiver, a case and components that had to be assembled together, following the instructions given. The assembled receiver did not differ from the factory receiver "SOKOL-308" produced since 1976. A radio designer was also produced in an export version.
