Authors of the development, engineers: V.M. Khakharev, M.A.Maltsev, V.Ya.Serov, L.I.Bol'shakov. The 'Screen' TV was produced from 1954 to 1956 incl. 56.682 copies were made in total. The Screen TV is an upgrade as well as a replacement for the Sever-3 TV and is designed to receive programs in the first three TV channels, VHF FM radio stations on three sub-bands and to play back a recording from an external electric player. The size of the visible image is 180x240 mm. Resolution 400 lines. Number of loudspeakers 2. Number of radio tubes 17. Kinescope 31LK2B. The power consumed from the network when receiving a TV signal is 210 W, and when receiving VHF radio stations or playing a record 100 W. Image channel sensitivity - 0.6 ... 1 mV, FM 500 μV. The nominal output power of the sound channel is 1 W. The TV is decorated in a polished wooden box and has dimensions - 640x470x430 mm and a weight of 38 kg. There are 7 control knobs on the front panel. All knobs with the exception of the range switch are doubled. Under the screen, behind the curtains, there is a scale with channel numbers and frequencies of radio stations; moreover, when receiving TV, it is poorly lit, and when receiving radio stations, it is already somewhat stronger.
