Color television receiver '' Rubin-401 ''.

Color TVsDomesticSince October 1967, the Rubin-401 television receiver for color images has been prototyping at the Moscow Television Plant. Since 1968, the plant began serial production of the first domestic, tube-semiconductor TVs `` Rubin-401 '' (LPTsT-59) intended for receiving color and b / w images on a 59LK3Ts kinescope, with an image size of 370x475 mm in the MW range. The TV contains 21 radio tubes, 15 transistors and 54 diodes. Sensitivity - 50 μV. Sharpness in the center of the screen is 450 lines. Power consumption 350 watts. Weight 65 kg. Since the 2nd quarter of 1968, the plant began production of the already improved Rubin-401-1 TV set. The new TV set had rather high technical parameters, and in terms of the electrical circuit and design it had a number of advantages over the previous one. TV `` Rubin 401-1 '' is designed to receive b / w and color images on a 59LK3Ts kinescope with an image size of 370x475 mm in any of the 12 channels of the MW range. It contains 21 radio tubes, 15 transistors, 54 diodes. The sensitivity when receiving b / w transmissions along the image and sound paths is 50 μV. Sharpness in the center horizontally and vertically 450 lines. Selectivity for adjacent channels and sound path 40 dB. Power consumption from the network is 340 watts. Weight 65 kg. In 1969, the Rubin 401-1 TV was upgraded to the Rubin-401-2 model. The clarity of the image was increased, the sound quality was improved, the sound sensitivity was brought to the standards of the 1st class, the level of interference was reduced. New unified sweep units have been applied, structural changes have been introduced to increase the reliability of the TV. But for technical reasons, the Rubin-401-2 TV did not go into production, only a few prototypes were produced. The second image is TV "Rubin-401-2".
