TV receiver of black-and-white image `` CT ''.

Black and white televisionsDomesticThe KT black-and-white television receiver was developed in 1936 at VNIIS. The cathode TV set "KT" was developed by engineers Raspletin and Dozorov and was made in two copies. The TV set was designed to receive experimental television films broadcasted by VNIIS over the air with an image decomposition into 120 lines. The TV had a built-in radio receiver that could receive the soundtrack of a movie or be used for its intended purpose. The transmission and reception of television films was carried out in the medium wave range. The TV used 28 radio tubes, including both the radio receiver and an oscilloscope tube with a diameter of 10 centimeters with a greenish glow of a phosphor.
