Subscriber loudspeakers.DomesticThe subscriber loudspeaker of the 3rd class "Chaika-3" simultaneously from 1954 to 1956 was produced by two plants in the USSR: Moscow plant No. 43 NKAP, MAP, Kommunar (p / box 2407) and Ryazan plant No. 463 NKAP, MAP (p / i 168). Both factories under the brand name "Chaika-3" produced 2 loudspeaker cases of different design with the same element base. One option was with a grill in the form of 3 vertical lines on the front side of the radio, the second - with a figure of a flying seagull in the window under the speaker. Both versions of the Chaika-3 AG of the Moscow Kommunar plant had the same marking: "0.25-GD-III-3". In Ryazan variants, the "Chaika-3" AG with a lattice was marked "0.25-GD-III-2", and the model with a seagull was designated "0.25-GD-III-3". Loudspeakers "Chaika-3" of both factories had the same dimensions 200x140x90 mm and a weight of 1.4 kg. The housings and hardware components of the Chaika-3 AG plant differed insignificantly. In the design of the AG, an identical rheostat-type volume control was used. The loudspeaker was designed to receive a wire broadcasting program in the audio frequency range of 150 ... 5000 Hz, but at both plants it was supplied with a universal transformer, allowing it to operate on a network with a voltage of 15 and 30 volts. The only difference is that in the products of the Kommunar plant, the mains voltage was indicated in the marking on the back wall, and in Ryazan AG it was stamped with a stamp when the AG was intended for a 15 volt network. Since 1953, the Zvenigorod colony for the imperfect on the basis of the Chaika-2 AG has been producing the Chaika-3 AG in dimensions larger than those described with the GD 0.25-III-3 marking. It belonged to the third class and was equipped with a universal transformer for operation in a network of 15 and 30 volts. Later releases of this model introduced a speaker with rectangular basket petals.
