The radio tape recorder is created on the basis of the "Meridian-210" radio receiver and a tape-recorder panel, the LPM of which is similar to that used in the "Vesna-202" tape recorders, but with modifications. The radio tape recorder is equipped with two speakers, each of which has one broadband loudspeaker. The frequency range during operation of the tape recorder is similar to the frequency range of the receiver in the VHF range and is - 125 ... 10000 Hz. The rated output power of the ML for its own speaker is 2x0.4 W, for an external speaker - 2x0.8 W. ML reproduces stereophonic recording only from compact cassettes, VHF-FM range is monophonic.
