The KU consists of a two-speed electro-playing device "II-EPU-62SP", a class III cassette tape panel manufactured by the People's Republic of Hungary, a stereo bass amplifier and 2 loudspeakers 15AS-4. KU "Vega-114-stereo" is intended for reproduction of gram-recording and for magnetic recording and reproduction of phonograms. The tape panel has dial indicators of the recording level, a device for temporarily stopping the tape and a noise suppressor in pauses of phonograms. The amplifier has protection for the output stage transistors against overcurrent and short circuit in the load or AC connection with a resistance of less than 3.2 ohms. The nominal output power of the amplifier is 2x10 W. The nominal range of reproducible sound frequencies from the sound pressure amplifier input is 63 ... 18000 Hz. The operating frequency range of the tape recorder at the linear output is 63 ... 10000 Hz. The knock coefficient of the tape recorder is ± 0.3%. The power consumed by the device from the electrical network is 150 W. Dimensions of the combined device - 615x385X190 mm. Its weight is 18 kg. The price of a KU with an AU is 320 rubles.
