The network tube receiver of the second class "Dzintars" (translated from the Latvian Yantar) was developed on the basis of the "Sakta" radio. The receiver has a separate smooth and fixed change in sound timbre for bass and treble sound frequencies, automatic gain control, a separate jack for a tape recorder. The receiver uses 7 radio tubes, 2 diodes and a selenium rectifier. Printed wiring used. Ranges: DV, SV standard, KV-I - 3.95 ... 7.5 MHz, KV-II - 9 ... 12.1 MHz, VHF - 64.5 ... 73 MHz. IF = 465 kHz / 8.4 MHz. The sensitivity of the AM path is 200 µV, the FM is 20 µV. Selective on the adjacent channel in the LW, MW and HF bands 34 dB, in the VHF band 20 dB. Output rated power 2 W. The speaker system consists of a front loudspeaker 5GD-1 and two HF, side loudspeakers 1GD-9. The range of reproducible sound frequencies is 80 ... 5000 Hz, on VHF 80 ... 10000 Hz.
