A mock-up was made, which even used some functional blocks from previous designs. The design of the tuner, made mainly of plastic, noticeably differs from the blocks of the K-111 complex in ergonomics and low weight. Only the power supply is mounted on a separate metal chassis. In this tuner, a control system based on a single-chip microcomputer is used, which provides control of the tuning frequency, ranges and operating modes, as well as digital indication of the frequency, the included range and the selected operating parameters. The complete rotatable magnetic antenna is mounted on the outside of the rear panel of the tuner. Unlike previous developments (Radiotehnika T-001, T-010), this tuner did not manage to get into any brochures and catalogs. The beginning of the 90s is a time of change.
